Dr. Wang Wen received her doctorate from Zhejiang University in 2013 and now is an associate research fellow in Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. She has long been engaged in research on prediction, risk assessment, early warning and intervetion strategies of foodborne microorganisms in agricultural products, and has successively undertaken scientific projects such as NSFC Youth Project, subproject of the National Key R&D plan, National and Zhejiang agricultural product quality and safety risk assessment projects, Walmart foundation international cooperation projects and so on. She has published more than 30 journal articles, 4 national patents and 8 software copyrights. She is a member of the International Association of Food Protection, the Society for Risk Analysis, and has long served as a reviewer of Food control, Journal of food science and other journals.
